Art Deco influenced design on a fluid silk velvet devore. The border measures approximately 10cm in total. It would make an amazing shift dress with the boarder on the hem line - easy and very simple. The dress shown is bias cut and looks divine.
Silk/nylon 50/50% The velvet is the silk and the sheer background the nylon. Sounds a little odd but that's how it's made.
