INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (outside Europe)

Delivery of any size is £21.00

7 to 21 working days for arrival.

TAX AND IMPORT DUTIES

If you have purchased goods and live outside the U.K, taxes and import duties may be payable. Please be aware that these charges are payable by you the customer.

We are unable to check each and every authority worldwide therefore it is recommended you check any import costs before purchasing from Til The Sun Goes Down.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you love your items as much as we do, but if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please read through our returns policy.

SECONDS AND SALE ITEMS

Sewing patterns and fabrics included in our seconds and clearance sale may have minor imperfections.

For sewing patterns this may include superficial damage to the envelope, such as tears, marks or creases. There is no damage to the pattern sheets or instruction booklet.

Fabrics have been in our fabric shelves for a few years so may have minor imperfections including sun-fading, marks or stains, but all are still very usable. There may be uneven cut edges - measurements have been taken at its most usable part.

All seconds, remnants and fabric listed in the clearance sale are purchased on the understanding there may be superficial damage or imperfections and are not refundable.

PRINTED PATTERNS

We will exchange or refund printed patterns returned to us unopened, unused and in the same

condition in which they were received, accompanied by proof of purchase.

You must return the product to us within 14 days of purchase.

If the product you ordered was faulty, you have the right to return it within 30 days for a full

refund or replacement.

FABRIC CUT TO ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on cut fabric which is cut to order, unless it is

faulty.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant nature of our digital products, the right to return is limited. Refunds or

exchanges will only be offered if we can see that you have not started to download the

product.

The process of downloading a digital order is started when you click on the download link

regardless of whether or not you have opened the downloaded files. We reserve the right to

refuse any refunds on non-faulty products where we can see that the digital product has been

accessed.

If there is a fault with the digital product, you have the right to request a repair or

replacement. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may offer you a full or part

refund.

PHYSICAL RETURNS

Post to us along with the items you wish to return, in its original packaging, with an

explanatory note detailing reasons for return, order reference and date purchased.

The postage fees are non-refundable unless there is a product fault or error on our part.
